bc = 14 mm 5/8 jis type ( whatever that means)

p = projected tip

r = resistor

7= heat rating 2-12 2=hot 12 = cold

e = 19mm reach

s = standard electrode

I was on the phone with the tech at ngk and was looking for a colder plug than stock. trying r5673-7 non resistor racing plug. Can't find any info on them!

I run the R6574-7 in the Chevelle and 8's&9's on the juice. Also ran the 8's in the blower motor in the Scarab.

I like the R series there shorter and are the Race series.I was told there hand assembled also.

Rob, would these work on a procharged 509? Is that a colder range than stock and what gap for a stock ignition?
