Default Trim Tab lights?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HURLE...QQcmdZViewItem

Would these affect performance of the tab? I think they'd be kinda cool, other than i dont spend much time on the outside of my boat at nite but I wonder how itd look at speed. I imagine lakepatrol would throw a fit. I got pulled over for having my docking lights on one time (didnt know they were on)..

anyone have these?

hey i like those. i have wanted to put some alternate lighting on my boat for use while docked or at anchor. i would suggest not useing them while running though, any other lighting, other than coast guard regulation, is extremely distracting (no matter how "cool" it looks ).

How would you adapt them to K-Planes?

SCRATCH that idea! I pulled up their website, $895 plus $75 install kit.. not worth it in my book.. i thought they'd have a much lower reserve..
