Default trick question

Im running a 24P 4 blade prop 4400 rpms 65 mph If I put on a 22P 4 blade from experience how many rpms will i gain? and will speed go up or down? Like i said a trick question since all baots vary but curious what most guys experienced

Would expect to increase RPM by about 200-300. Speed will depend on torque/power curve and rev limit of engine.

Theoretically the rpm should go up some 350 rpm assuming that there are no more hp to find higher up in the rpm band. If there are more hp up there the rpm increase could be more

its a 454 mpi 310 HP motor added a m1 procharger and dana headers 5lbs of boost along with a jacobs ignition
