Default Outdoor Rock Speakers

Who makes the best outdoor rock speakers for the back yard around a pool?? I dont like the way the typical "bose" type box outdoor speakers look mounted on the back of the house. I have a speakercraft selector switch in the system with a separate volume for the outside speakers. I should be able to have two pairs. If you google outdoor rock speakers there seems to be hi end speakers, even 8 or 10 inch subwoofer systems, which I dont need, but just want 4 really good speakers with bass for the back yard.

I have 8 rock speakers around my pool. I will check for name tommorrow and post. They are 7 years old, and still sound fine.

I chose the limestone color/type over the river rock type. Just personal choice. I think the speakers inside are a mid range and a tweater together.

They are pushed by a HK AV reciever

I just bought a pair from www.amazon, and I was amazed how good they sound. I would check amazon out as they have a decent selection. The speakers I purchased were from Hi Fi Works.

Go check out these outdoor speakers from Bose. You can burry half of them in the ground and leave them out all winter. I have had a set for two years and they rock! Amazing how much base comes out of them. Non directional and two fill my back yard with music evenly throughout.
