im looking for 96 26' scarab frt and side scoops.i need two front and one left side rear.any tips or leads on these parts would be greatly appreciated .

I think those scoops are going to be extremly hard to locate. Post this in the Scarab forum. You may have to find someplace to fabricate you something similar.

I used to have a 96 26 scarab, while i do not have the scoops, i was cleaning the garage the other day and found a new truck for the bottom of the cabin door. the peice with the wheels on it that makes the door slide...... Let me know if you want it.

I used to own one. Lost the starboard rear scoop about a year after I bought the boat. Believe it or not, I was able to contact Wellcraft and get the part. Took 2-3 weeks to get it, but they did come through for me. Seems like it was around $250 give or take if I remember correctly.

It did take a couple of phone calls to get someone who knew what they were doing but I got it.

I was also missing one of the Wellcraft emblems on the side of the transom. The guy sent me one of those out along with the scoop I ordered.

Couldn't tell you anything about the front scoops. But I imagine they can't ge any worse then the rears to acquire.
