I tightened up the check balls so they seal better and the motor runs much cooler 140 now...I feel like I am getting to much to the risers and not enough through the motor...before the motor reaches 140 there is no smoke/steam so I am pretty sure its steam. Well I have been checking all the lines and flow and found this..... Is this ok it feels a little pinched
I also found that the port exhaust is putting out 2 times as much water as the starbord side? what should I adjust for that?
thanks for all your help again guys
1st pic is of the hose I found
2nd is when the motor hasn't reached operating temp yet
3rd when it has

Probably, and the steam is because not enough water to cool the manifolds. The water boils off and leaves as steam. With enough water the manifolds are kept cold and therefor much less steam.
Have you tried running it in the water or just on the hose, if just on the hose then your water flow (from the hose) may be inadequate.
Otherwise replace the impeller in the drive.
