Default Plug Gap 5.3 2001

I want to change the plugs on my 01 5.3 Suburban, The plugs Bosch Plantinum come gapped at .04 and , the owner manual says .06. What do you think I should do,

Not sure about the Bosch, but I just put Denso's in my 840 and they came with a warning not to gap. They said it could break the ground strap. They were at .04 and they worked great, quicker starts and smoother idle.

Gap to factory specs at .06

Bosch gaps are set for majority of mfrs at 035 to 050. GM has a coil per cylinder and 060 works fine- better burning for the mixture.
