Galvanized hubs with stainless lugnuts?

Galvanized hubs with stainless lugnuts?
Seems like "all stainless/galvanized" construction doesn't include wheel hubs and lugnuts. Nothing is falling apart yet, just looks like crap. I'm debating tearing down all three axles and refinishing what's on there, or just upgrading to galvanized hubs and stainless lugnuts.
