Long story, took the boat out last weekend no problems, went to take the boat out yesterday and batt. 1 was dead, figured I left something on during the week, no problem switch to batt. 2 starts right up, turn to ALL and charge up batt. 1 while running. stop a few times here and there starts everytime. switch back over to batt. 1 and sit for a few hours to watch the fireworks with some accy's on, start and stop a few time to move the raft up no problem, sit another 1/2 hour since the last time I started it and when we went to leave no start. figure it's a bit strange it just started, anyway switch to batt. 2 starts right up, swith to all and have about a 6 mile or so slow wake zone till we get to the ramp, half way back to the ramp I get a BEEP check all gauges and everything seems fine except the voltage is very low 10-11 volts, figure slow speed not charging, bump up the rpms and nothing, usually runs 12-13 volts, kill everything except for nav. lights no beeps but still not charging, another couple of miles and i'm getting a beep and another and just as we get back to the ramp a solid beep while the wife is getting the trailer, get worried and shut her down, wife backs in and no start, on batt 1 or on 2 totally dead. Without a scan tool i'm going to guess the beeping was low voltage warning, I'm also going to guess there is a charging system problem. Today I checked all my connections between batts, and motor,,, everythign was tight,,,, Anybody know of ANYTHING I can check on my own before I bring it to the dealer,, how do I test the alternator ???? TIA. Chris...

Put a battery charger on it overnight and get both batteries up to normal. Fire it up and check your voltage at the battery. It should be around 13.5-14 with the engine at a fast idle. If it's not, you either have a dead alternator or a wire problem. I got rid of the mando alternator and went with a delco 1 wire because it's cheaper.
