Not in Mass but not that far of a drive and WELL worth the trip. Dorr's Marine in Windham Maine (2.5 hrs from Boston)

Tim Dorr runs one of the most honest and meticulous high performance shops on the east coast. He keeps all the go-fast boats running like swiss watches . I highly recommend him.

not sure where you are at in Mass, but the best marine guys I've found are at Coughlan Machine in Norwood outside of Boston. They have all the best machine shop equiptment in house if you need that, plus they do every kind of performance work, including rebuilding outdrives, big blower motors, and NA motors. They can also do MEFI programming. Their web site can give you more info
