I would like to invite everyone to sign up NOW for the Fun Run out of Winthrop Harbor (IL/WI border) on 7/28.
The Winthrop Harbor Yacht club will be having this event in a joint effort with the Chicago Powerboat Club and Northern Illinois Offshore club. The run will start at Winthrop Harbor at 11am sharp and run to Racine for lunch. After lunch you decide where you would like to run, Milw, Windpoint, raft off in cove south of Racine or stay at Racine and checkout the boats.
Return to the yacht club for cocktails at 5pm, dinner 6pm, raffle 7pm. Everyone had a great time last year and I am sure this years will be even better.
You need to signup now so plans can be made for the dinner, $15 per person.
Checkout more details and register at http://chicagopowerboat.com (bottom of home page).

Dan,
EXCELLANT!!! Thanks for helping out with the DVD. I know everyone will enjoy your hardwork on it. Don't feel like you need to polish that last little bit for us. We will take what you have, I know it will be great.
I have a couple of the Freeze Frame DVD's with crashes, I think one of them was given with and OSO registration a couple years ago. If you have different ones, please bring if it is not too much trouble.

Not sure who's still a member or who even owns a boat after 8 years. But I, and a few friends are looking for some fun runs near the WI-IL border. The poker runs seem to be well organized and available, but we all don't have a 100mph boats and unlimited funds. Anyone know of any realistic fun runs for your average Joe?
