Ok guys, whos goin?

Im reserving two hotel rooms at the Inn at Grand Glaize. Is that going to put me in a good spot to catch all the festivities? I also want to do the OSO party at Dog Days but it looks as if all the slips are filled up. Those of you that are going, where are you putting your boats while you are there? Are you launching and hauling out every day??

Ive never been so any help is appreciated. What does everyone do during the shootout, raft up? Whos going and in what boats?

Maybe we can all meet up and Edock it down there caravan style or something..

That's real close big daddy. We will be staying at some condo's across the street from Dog days. We will probably go up thurs. and put the boat in. Do the run on Friday and end up back at Dog Days. Then just drive down to the shoot-out Sat and Sun.

when you say "drive down" are you talkin about driving a truck down and watching from the shore?

Cale, ill be going down on Friday. Takin the sunsation. I'm stayin at the Tan-Tar-A resort on MM27 or so.

Sweet, glad to see another sunsation on the lake, I saw the boat at the drip last weekend, looks slick all one color like that. Ill be up this saturday if you guys want to tie up.

Ive never been to LOTO, i guess itll be a good test for goin for the worlds in september.

1-Raft up is fun and entertaining.
2-Watching from Shooters allows you to walk the docks and see all the hardware and some pretty nice software as well while having a cool adult beverage.

Two ways to see it but either will be good.

One major law that LOTO has that we don't! You can't sit or lay on the engine hatch while idleing. You pretty much have to be anchored or tied up for passengers to be moving around.

You also need to start idleing way out from the course to keep the waves down.

You may know this, but figured I'd throw it out there anyway.

I think were gonna stay away from Grand till the water level gets to normal. It sucked trying to dodge all the debris. The lake looks like a trash can.

There is a poker run in a couple of weeks (july 27th) at loto big thunder marina. That would be good time to check out loto before the shoot out.
