Question Cup Holders w/ flange w/ screw holes ????

Where can I get some recessed style cup holders with the flange that has screw holes in it to secure them?

Thanks for any suggestions

3M 5200 (permanent!) or silicone (removeable if needed). No unsightly screw holes that way.
