So the other day I'm opening my mail and see a letter from my insurance company. I'm thinking, great must be something bad. Well i open it and find a check for $300 saying I overpaid. I called my agent and she verifies and said "yep, you're rate went down so we're refunding you the difference." I had a good deal to start with at just over $700 a year. Down from $800 last year. Now my rate is just over $400!!!!

I still can't believe it. And this is with a new, larger engine than i had last year in my velocity 280.

Just wanted to share a good news story from the insurance companies. I guess they're not all bad!!

btw, my policy is with state farm.
