My Port side Zero Effort throttle is binding at about 1/2 way point. Everything looks OK at linkage assembly. ???

Probably a cable, if you disconect it at the motor and it still binds then it is the cable

Yes, very simple, just disconnect at the motor and it should slide in and out like butter. Also pull the levers out, or look inside if you can, and see if there is something in the way of the throw of the stick. Just a pin and a cotter key away from knowing.

I thought they were both binding when we loaded it after the Chicago PR. Did you try to loosen the nylock nut where the cable is attached to the throttle lever?

My Livorsi billet even shifted hard when I overtightened the nylock nut on the throttle lever.

It's only the one side. I'll pull the cable off net chance I have to see if it's the cable or linkage (Or shifter) It almost feels like a metal to metal type binding in the linkage area.

Had the same problem with my shift linkage. I had leaned on it by mistake while working on the engine. Found the slightest bend in the sleeve at the end of the cable made it feel like a metal to metal bind.
