Wayne Huizenga bought that boat 3 years ago and renamed it Floridian. He pulled the sportfish off the boat and installed a helipad. I think it is for sale at about 70 million and has been docked at the base of the 17th Causeway in Ft Lauderdale recently. These boats actually go up in value since the cost to build them goes up significantly every year.

As a side note, Greg is done building big boats. He is 90% through a nasty divorce and won't have the $ to build another mega yacht. He is rumored to be dating Chris Evert the tennis player though. But she is no Anna Kournakova!
