Question help again please

Hi again guys,
I had great advice earlier today diagnosing my blown head gasket, but how in the heck do I determine what Generation of motor I have? (Gen IV, V or VI). I have 10 bolts on the timing cover and 16 head bolts. No discernible stamping numbers on block or head. Heads are rectangular port, hi-perf. Thanks in advance. - Jeff
