Default Checking Stellings headers - any experiences?

I now have four seasons on my Stellings headers, and feel that they should be checked out. Who has sent theirs back to Stellings, and what was the process/results/charges?
The only problem that I have had so far was some cracks in an outer tube that I had repaired locally...

I test mine at the beginning of every season. I have found a few leaks internally that I have had fixed. I find and mark the leaks and bring them to my welder and he fixes them. I pressure mine upto about 35-40lbs of water pressure with a regulator and take a flash light and inspect for leaks. Tom
