This is the race that the boats came so close to the wall (closer than key west)....... the people on the bleachers couldn't see the boats. so they all got off........ picked the bleachers up, and moved it closer to the water so they could see the boats

We already have reservations and will be there with...or...without the boat. Looking forward to seeing you guys, and some other old friends from Morehead City.

Going testing next week, will try to bring Taboo up for your race if all goes well.

Team DVC will be there. Morehead City is a great venue. Think closer viewing and better visibility than KW. Great restaurants, bars and a huge fan base, who actually buy tickets to watch boat racing. Perhaps they are on to something.

I tell people that this is such a great race site that we come so close to the spectators, they can tell what color my shoes are. They think I'm joking........

Thank you to Jeff/John and the people of Morehead City for putting such show on for the fans and for the racers and if anyone ever wants to see what a stadium offshore race is like they will go

Now if we could figure out how to get the towns of Morehead City and Cambridge to work together, every race and fan alike would be able to enjoy 2 of the best stops in offshore
