Down here in TX, the cabin can get pretty hot even with the hatches open. Wanting to install a couple of fans. Has anyone done so in a 30 OL? If not, a similar model? Any hints, tips, or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I use a 12v clip on fan. The cig. plug at the counter is in the perfect spot. Loud sucker though. I would think a permantly mounted fan would get jolted around a lot. Then again, we don't spend much time overnighting in the boat.

was thinking of mounting it in the plastic strip in the ceiling that spans the width of the cabin, but concerned of not being able to mount strong enough to hold in rough conditions. N way to through bolt it. Thanks.

Good luck.
