I'll have my motors in pieces by then. Might hitch a ride with someone but probably will be getting things in line for an October reassembly. Before someone asks, no additional power, just replacing broken parts (cam and lifters) and freshening
. Only one motor is hurt but I'd be pissed if I pulled only one and then had the other go tits up 2 weeks later so....
Something else guys, I know the SCOPE guys have at least one helicopter photo/video shoot per year, in addition to their regular poker runs. Anyone be interested in starting something like that next spring? I would think we could get enough people together. Might even do it at a remote location (Destin?). Just a thought.

Yep, that's what got me thinking about it again. A friend of mine used to have a Bell-Jet Ranger. He did a bunch of work with the Tarpon Rodeo and we could have easily gotten him to do it for us but he sold the helo. Let's keep kicking it around. I'm sure between BRBC, GCO and some other organizations, we could get enough participants to pull it off.

Maybe early spring in either Maurepas or Ponchartrain so theres a decent chance for rough water? I'll talk to Craig with GCO to see if he's interested in planning something.
