Is that the same Mad Mad World I used to see when I worked on the beach in Pt Pleasant Beach, when I was 14(1984-5)? I used to sit by the inlet most of the day and watch all the boats going in and out of the ocean all day. Good work if you can get it @ $2.50 an hour....If i recall it was owned by the guy who owns Walsh trucking....had a big house in the beach in Mantoloking too......I used to love that boat. What is it, an old Scarab? It's gotta be the same boat. I had no clue what a surface drive was back in those days. Too bad they're gone now.........Lots of nice Scarabs and Formulas back in those days.
