Ray I know Audiofn will chime in here. The old model sounded good so I would imagine this one will also. Forrest

I have a question....does it matter whether you run a regular car amp for a set of subs, or is a marine amp necessary? Also do I need to run off a seperate battery, or off the circuit breaker panel? Has anyone here installed a small t.v. in there power boat?

Alan do not run a amp off of your cicuit panel. You need to run a seperate power and ground. Depending on the power ratiing of the amp a minimum of 8 guage wire is required and that is for a small amp. If you do not have a extra battery I would recommend you carry a battery buddy in case you kill your battery. Most of the marine amps are not that good and you can run automotive amps. As far as a T.V. you can power that off of a circuit breaker as it does not draw the amount of power a amplifier requires. I hope this helps, Forrest

I have not heard that sub yet, however the older model is really good. Hey Christopher maybe that is what the hold up is, new speaker coming out. I will have to look into that!!!
