It's to bad that he is hanging it up because I enjoyed watching him race a few years ago. Sorry to see you retire and thanks for putting on a great show for all us racing fans. You and your contribution to Offshore Powerboat Racing with be missed.

It was raced by David Woods and Art Lilly, until Dan Cambell in his 50 ft Jaguar cat driven by the 902 movie star Jason Priestly who failed to maintain his lane in the first turn hitting the Pier 57 boat dead on the side in 2003 in Miami.

Thanks guys for the kind words but yes I am done racing. If we could have got another sponsor besides me we would have stayed but you know how that goes.We put together a great team and the boat has always been very competitive.I would publically like to thank them all now especially Billy Moore, Todd Werner ,Joe Phillips, and Ricky Garrett there are none any better and thank-you to our fans who have always been there and Randy ,Reggie, and David Woods for building a awesome ride. I plan to still stay involved in racing and help the Gulf Coast Poweboat Association putting on Thunder In The Gulf along with other local promoters.I havent decided whether I am in for a poker run boat or a fast fish boat but I have been looking at both along with a Baha buggy we 'll still have some fun.
