Default MDG Motors - Any info?

Does anyone have any info on MDG 650 motors? I think they are built buy a company in Maryland. They appear to be fairly common so it must be a standard package by the builder.

I'm looking at a boat with these 650's and would like to know about the builder and maybe some info about the internal components.

Any help is appreciated!

Jeff

I was just in his shop yesterday, I was very impressed with Dave and the way he handled business. I'll be dropping one of mine off next week.

Dave is a great guy and builds solid motors.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything he built or anything he's selling !

Dave is a member here (MDGPerformance). Call him @ 410-956-5381 and get the info from the horses mouth. He has a great reputation and does good business. There are a ton of his engines out there and they all seem to last an unbelievable amount of hours.

Dave builds great motors and is a stand up business man. His stuff idles well, makes the power it's supposed to and lasts. He just refreshed a set of his 850 blower motors in my buddy's boat after something like 600 hours of use.

I heard that they looked great when taken apart. I hope that I have the same luck!!!! One of his engines should be hitting the dyno this week for my boat. The other one is already done.

Dave has been building blower motors for about 20 years. He has got it going on.

I've visited MDG several times this year.
Dave runs a first class operation with incredible attention to detail. and has his own up to date dyno room.

No half-azzed, bull$hit cheap parts in his motors!

Nothing but top quality components go into an MDG motor.

Konrad Marine is proud to have MDG as a installing dealer.
