Default Dull or shinney props. Whats better?

I have stainless bravo I's in 28. They are dull not shinney like a mirror. I was told they work better dull. I like the shinney look. Is there any difference in performance?

A brushed finish will give you better bite than a shiny finish. No more difference than it makes, I would go with shiny if that is what you prefer. BBlades worked my props and I had Brett give them a polished finish. They look great and clean up easily.
