I had a 1998 Formula 312 with twin 502 mags......nice boat, 70 GPS anyday, 73 at best, reported to do 75 but I never saw it. Mine had evey factory option you could get and I added a 5K A/C unit too.

We overnight fairly often with 3 kids.......a 2002 382 became available and I couldn't pass it up. (We had been wanting a 38 for awhile)

so you stuck with the formula brand. There was one guy on here talking about his friend stringers de-laminating on a 382. sounds like a one of a kind deal.
