Sorry to hear about all the damage. I didn't realize it was that much. I need a XR upper also. As an idea, may be we should try to find the "Offical Mercury dealer to OPA" and leverage all of the purchasing we do as an organization. I would bet I have spent more on parts, powerheads, lowers and drives in the past 18 months then many dealers spend in 6 months.
