Which drive do you feel is better. Also if you were going to repower with new drives/engines which one would you choose?

It depends on the HP and budget. You can buy a lot of Bravo's for the cost of the Konrad conversion. More than 600-650hp, I'd go with something other than Merc, maybe Bmax's.
