Default 233 LS with twins information???

I recently picked up a 1983 F233LS with twin 305's. I have not been able to find any specs on this model with twins. Does anyone have any information or history on this boat? I emailed Formula, but they do not records back to '83.

Nice looking boat - Congrats. I have no information for you but am interested to know what the LOA is on that 233...If it is really 23.3 + platform it could be a rocket depending on the HP of the 350s....

What kind of top end are you seeing?

rhsj,
The 1983 Brochure PDF lists a 23'3" centerline, but does not mention it being available with twins, nor have I seen another one listed in any of the classifieds I have seen. The motors are 228hp 305's. The previous owner reported seeing mid 60's on GPS when lightly loaded. I haven't seen 60 yet; but I've only had the boat out 3 times (all with almost full fuel and tools) and been chasing down some gremlins. I hope to get in a few good speed runs before I have to winterize!

Hey I just picked up at 79 with twin 350's as well. What did you end up with on those speed runs?
