Anyone have any feedback on All-American trailers, out of Ft. Lauderdale? They advertise on the OSO classifieds. I spoke with Joseph there for about 20 minutes on the phone, he seemed very detail-oriented. Prices seem decent, too. Anyone have one of their trailers?
Thanks!

Did Business with them recently. Wasn't happy, with the product or service. They promised the trailer in 10 days, took them over 3 weeks to produce. Kept making promises they could not keep. Quoted one price for product, delivered less and wanted more money.
Owner Wille, will not return phone calls, they have changed their phone numbers and will close with out notice.
Pretty shady operation in my opinion. The trailers aren't bad, just the way they do business, and good luck with the warranty..lol.
Good luck with them, I had to file a BBB report. would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm not usually one to post a negative comment but as a business owner myself need to let my experience benefit someone else...
From the start feel like I was promised the world and not happy with the delivered product. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING... Bought a boat in Ft. Lauderdale from Nat'l Liquidators without a trailer. I got hit with a storage fee that I was told I would not get if I used them (they eventually did split this with me). Everything from delivery date to quality concerns. All issues let me down. Trailer is not bad but the "devil is in the details". Fenders are junk....do not believe the hype. I was told 250lb guy could stand on them. What a joke! These things have literally cracked on all four corners from flapping in the wind. My boat, which they loaded, was chipped badly by the rock hard bow roller by the time it reached me. I paid extra for the recommended "premium straps" which are something you would hold a bulldozer down with, and never use on your boat. They now tell me I should have bought the "bow stop" for an extra charge. They have stopped responding to my request to fix the product as well....

Service was not bad but not great, however, it took along time to get my trailer. It ended up costing me to wait a few more weeks because I lost my spot for transport up North here. It's a reasonable trailer, you get what you pay for. I would say it's an affordable unit, but would not use it to tow all over the country. I should have upgraded the tire and wheel package. The hardware isn't top notch, but then again, pricing reflects that. Time to save up for a MYCO.

So, we'll see how it turns out.
