Has anyone used a Holland Binkley mini fifth wheel for towing? Also, can it be installed so that it can be removed easily?

The reason I was asking about the Holland mini is that it only weighs 60 lbs, is 6" high, 12" wide and has a 30000 lb. weight rating which is much smaller and stronger than any of the light duty fifth wheels that I've seen.
