Default DIY Gelcoat Pepair

I have a small air bubble void in the gelcoat that broke open. It is about the size of the tip of your small finger. The gelcoat is white and I have a quart from the boat mfg. This defect is located at a compound surface corner of the deck at a hatch recess edge.

I would like to tackle this with a non flowing resin paste that I could color with the original color gelcoat. Is this plausible and what are the products I would need?

If not plausable how should this repair be accomplished?
