Is the sole of a Fountain 47 under the carpet in the cabin plywood or fiberglass?

Unfortunately the ones I surveyed were wood.

That's actually good. Thank you! I wanted to pull the carpet and make an access door to the forward bilge. It will be a lot easier with plywood than fiberglass and I wont worry about compromising the structure of the hull.

If I'm not mistaken when you pull up that carpet there is an access door already there.
