Default Failure Issues with 525's and CMI headers

If anybody has knowledge regarding failures of the above engine/header combination whatever kind of boat you have:

Please reply in the ongoing thread in the Fountain section entitled "Engine Help" by gerritm. We are trying to decide what to fix to keep these failures from happening over and over. All relevant input is appreciated.

Please do not reply in this thread. Thank you.

I had one fail recently, for the second time. 1st time was under warranty, this time wasnt.
What is everyone replacing them with? I need straight back headers.

A reliable source told me that 200 hours passes most warranty claims!
