Default fiberglass repair in upstate ny

i have a 21' scarab one that i am repowering with a 575hp big block and a bravo one. When i pulled the old motor and drive i noticed the transom is getting a little soft and would like to have the stringers strengthened. Is there any recommendations on place around the 1000 islands alexandria bay area to have this done and any idea on cost? Has anyone had any experience with Fast Forward out of Brewerton, NY i have had a few recommendation to go to them.

thanks
jay

Contact Clint at the Watercraft Clinic in Red Creek., ph#315-754-0050.. Not sure what the web site is. But he does a lot of major structural work, including transom & stringer replacements. Also a lot of warranty work for various manufacturers.

His shop is right next to Route 104, and not that far from Oswego. He does a great job, and stands behind his work.

repair work

You should give Winter Harbor Marina a call. They are in Central Square, 1 mile from Brewerton. They have done structural work on boats to 70 feet and guarantee their repairs.

Fast Forward did great work for me and backed it up when I had to go back to them. Scott or Matt are both easy to work with.

Great Lakes Restoration in Sodus. I hear they're expensive but been around for years.
