Probably not. I'm not envited with an old XJS. Overheats after 1/2 hours.
I have no clue why? Any car buffs here knows about Jags?

First car I had was an XJS with a blown engine. Put a 350 chevy in it and it ran great except nothing else ever worked.

The damn Jag is all original, I hate to take it apart, but no clue why it heats up. Several mechanics looked at it, all with different ideas. None was right so far. I think it's the trany that heats up the motor. But what do I know?

Try putting a few bottles of Redline Water Wetter in the coolant. It helped a lot on a blown SBC I had in a street car.
