Guy's, I've have looked all over the net for Horsepower rating for 502 Gen V H.O., any ideas? Thanks Harry

The 502 with cast iron rectangle port heads makes 450 hp.

Thanks guys. Found info from block numbers, ( 14096859) but couldn't find hp's. Also on the block of one motor was D852188 and on the other D852185. Are these Merc. motor numbers? Just want to know what I have! Thanks Harry

Those numbers tells me you have 502 Mag's from -92, i.e first year of Gen V based engines.

If they are from 92 then they are 390 hp.
