How close can you get by boat? (in season of course) How shallow is it? I have been wanting to make a trip there for years, but may try to do so next season.

You can get within about 200 feet and then call the Seacrets private shuttle boat (really). Let me know when you are coming down, we can meet up by water and run the boats up there.

OC BArry, sounds like we need to meet up there. I'm 5 minutes away by water.........and 15 by car. Have a pict of your boat so I know who to look for??

Hot Duck (Will Lynch) posted some pics of my 20 Cigarette in the Cigarette section of OSO a while back when some folks wanted to buy it. Dark blue sides with the classic factory stripes from back then. White deck, blue interior. I'm painting my 28 in April or May, but it has black gelcoat sides, white deck, yellow and purple interior, yellow engine hatch scoops, purple and blue graphics.

If you want to get together for a drink NY weekend let me know, I'll try to get Will to get out for a drink as well.

I spent 12+ years in DC, and I have never been to OCMD. Many of the DC-elite hotties that I dated; always made their trips to OC, with their beach houses, and all that jazz, while I was always off burning fossil fuels. I couldn't stand the thought of all that Rte. 50 traffic. I look forward to making a visit by boat someday.
