Beautiful setup ! But I have to ask ...........
Isn't that a boat motor ?
Don't they run at cooler temps with sea water?
Isn't the extra heat going to cook it due to different tolerences and clearances in boats and cars ?

I know after running my motor at 180 for a short while it was time for new pistons and a rebuild !

Just wondering if that crossed your mind .
Good luck with it ! I miss my old pro streeter
