Default Coast Guard approved fuel system items....

I know its a smart idea to have your carb, fuel pump and air cleaner all coast guard approved for insurance reasons.

However, Aeromotive Inc. makes coast guard approved fuel regulators and fuel filters. I do not see marine regulators or filters on holley's website. Does this mean I should switch over to Aeromotive's products for the regulator/filter to keep my insurance company happy?.

Does anyone know the actual items that have to be coast guard approved? The last thing I need is my insurance company not to support me after an incident. Any insurance guys out there?????

Thanks for the coast guard regs.

The regs say nothing about a coast guard approved fuel regluator. Just carb, pump, filter, etc.
