How much HP in a stock 1996 502 and what's it worth? Seller claims fresh water and 80 original hours?

The ECM can be scanned to verify the hours.

I would be concerned about the very low hours, as in, has it been sitting for a long time?????

last year I bought 2 HP500 complete for 7500$ each...
