Ok this may be a very stupid question. I have and idea of what LOTO is but, can someone please explain exactly what LOTO is???

LOTO is slang for "Lake of the Ozarks" it's a man made lake in the middle of Missouri with ton's of great water, things to do and places to go to on and off the water.... and the home of the infamous "Party Cove"
