Default Removing oxidation?

Whats the best process to remove oxidation. Starting with the wax(brand) then the application and finally the buff. It's not a bad oxidation. Just so many chemicals to pick from, and weather the use of a buffer or just plain elbow grease will do the trick. I dont think its ready for rubbing compound. Tried the Mothers Carnuba cleaner wax, did ok but it wasn't the finish I was looking for. I used only elbow grease to remove. How important is a orbital buffer.

PM me a phone number, so we can go over options and the current condition of the boat.

Use Donnie's oxidation remover. Follow up with leverage polish.

When I bought my donzi in May it had some oxidation only near the transom and the sides towards the rear. I bought a cheap rotary buffer from northern tool and some wool buffing pads online. I used the 3 step oxidation kit from McGuiars. I thought the boat looked good before, afterwards my wife even noticed the difference. There are tons of different products out there. I just went with Mcguiars because I was familiar with them from waxing my truck and car. Also dont be affraid of the rotary buffer on gelcoat. I was at first but keep it moving and you'll be fine, don't let it get hot.

Here's a few links.

Every boat we touch is a different situation, so that's why a phone call might save some typing time.

Forget that stuff that Mexiclean the snake oil salesman sells. Use ATF it works the best and makes the boat repell water....

Unfortunately it is not looking so good again this year. Business is slow and a few jobs that I am waiting on to start have been delayed and delayed. So I am cutting back on spending just to get through..... Ya never know but since I do not have a flight now I am guessing......
