One of the foot rest on my Formula 382 grinds when you hit the switch but doesn't move. Has anyone ever taken one apart? How did you do it?

Post in the Formula section and contact magicfloat.

I would check to be sure you have power at the switch first. You access the motor and screw lift by peeling the rubber textured pad off the bottom step to expose an access panel.

Reddog - There must be power to the motor or it would not be grinding. Thx for the info on the access panel. I hate to think of the mess I would have made looking for it.

How much for the drive motors ?

13 year old thread but here’s hoping. Any McLeod footrest motors and rams in pleased Brian?
