28' baja center console

Anybody have any knowledge of these? It is a 96 w/ 200 merc ob's. It has the common soft spot in floor. Any other issues w/ these? What is a good deal on it if it is otherwise in good shape? thanks.

I have a 2001 priced for what I have been seeing the 28s going for.
