Default Lake George NY area; looking for shop to work on my Myco trailer

Does anyone know of a good shop in the Lake George area to give my Myco steel trailer a good once over? It's now 7 years old and I need everything on it checked out; axles, springs, brakes, etc. I'm having it blasted and repainted later this year and I want to have it mechanically check out and repaired first if necessary. If anybody knows of a good trailer shop I'd appreciate it, thanks!

Well first of all there is Performance Trailers. All they do is trailers, so they should be able to help, just my family hasn't had good luck with them. I would send you to All Waves Marina in Fort Ann. Nicky the owner is doing some work on my Myco over the winter. He also had Myco's underneath his race boats.

AllWaves is a good place to start. I would also check with Performance Marine and ask there advise.

I would paint it first!! When they paint they will get overspray on things that you may replace (springs and so on). If you replace after then you don't have to worry so much about that.

:cool-smiley-027 I had mine custom made by Performance Trailers in LG. Great work and fit. Set the cruise control at 75 mph and don't feel anything behind while towing.
