Sounds Like FUN but why would they have it the same weekend as Tickfaw 200 ?

I think it is the weekend after Desert Storm, April 24,25,26. They are trying to attract the big guys returning from Lake Havasu. I spoke to one of the organizer's and the boats that they want to do the run are probably not going to Tickfaw. Didn't make a whole lot of sense to me cause many of the local boats will be going to Tickfaw. It sounds like they have it all figured out. Run will be out in Galveston Bay and will be made based on conditions that day. Could be interesting, depending on who shows up.

We went to Tickfaw last year and it got crazy at the card stops. We did have a good time though. Don't know if we are going this year.

Makes sense, should be alot of fun if they get a good turn out

I will plan to come watch. Hopefully the intrest will pick up.
