Default Jacksonville Fl boaters

I am looking into purchasing a condo on the Orteaga River. The name of the Condos are called Coastal Creek Condos . They are reburbed I know but how is the water . Anyone know. There located on Blanding Road. Thanks David

If you live in Jax and DONT own a boat, it should be a crime! That's on the west side. The Ortega feeds out the the St. Johns not too far from Downtown. The St Johns is very wide there. And on some days you might be able to see a white, 46' Skater conducting time-travel experiments.

I know exactly where that is. Perfect spot for ya. Water is very proected in there and not alot of boat trafiic. Plus gas is available very close by as well. Good location. We're about to start building a new home in Jax.......god I can't wait to get back down there!

Hopefully the Sonic will do for a boat. I was looking for that Skater on Monday no sighting though. Keep the comments good or bad coming.
