I have used Hydromotive nose cones on my boats, and very happy with them. I would highly recommend them.

Call Teague Marine and ask them. There is more than one style based on drive height etc. not necessarily who "makes the best" nose cone. I followed their advice and gained 3 or 4 mph, 86 to 90.

I also used Hydromotive they worked well. there benefit is that they are pointed but also have small surface area, and fit nicely to the front of the out drive.
